一、原因分析

“虚拟机平台未开启” 或 “Hyper-V/虚拟化被禁用”

二、解决办法

使用管理员身份运行cmd，执行一下命令，然后重启计算机即可解决该问题。

dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux /all /norestart
dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:VirtualMachinePlatform /all /norestart
wsl --set-default-version 2
