Samples were collected along the Urupa River between the cities of Ji-Parana and Urupá, Urupa River at Urupa, Urupa River upstream of Urupa, and the Urupa River at Mirante da Serra. There were also two additional samplng sites however the coordinates for those sites were not provided.
